The
National
Convention of the Socialist Party
USA is "the final
authority in all matters of principles, policies, constitution, and
national platform, all subject to referendum" (SPUSA Constitution,
VIII
[1]).
National Conventions are held every two years on the odd-numbered year,
with the date and location determined by the National Committee.

Socialist Party USA National Convention will be held in St. Louis
Missouri on October 19-21, 2007.
